Ahria Consulting, in partnership with the Society of United Professionals, is looking for a Labour Relations Staff Officer in Saskatchewan. This hybrid position emphasizes member support, collective bargaining, and strengthening workplace relations.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Labour Relations Staff Officer will provide essential support for grievances, collective bargaining, and member engagement initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to influence significant labour relations outcomes while contributing to the Society's growth and leadership development in Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver expert advice on labour relations to members
- Prepare and advocate for labour arbitration cases




- Build team-oriented relationships with Local leaders and employers
- Mentor elected representatives to bolster leadership capabilities
- Support collective bargaining efforts and mediation

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or higher degree
- At least five years of relevant labour relations experience
- Record of independent arbitration case preparation
- Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and agreements
- Commitment to enhancing member engagement and advocacy
