Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate various technology-related agreements
• Advise on data privacy regulations like POPIA and GDPR
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property for tech development




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tailored solutions
• Monitor legal developments in technology on a global scale

Requirements:
• At least 8 years post-qualification experience as an Attorney
• Significant expertise in technology contracts and licensing
• Solid grasp of data privacy laws and intellectual property
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
