The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 6 years of legal experience in a private practice or in-house role. You will support contract negotiations, manage risks, and provide legal advice related to construction and infrastructure projects. Excellent communication skills and proactive problem solving will be critical in this multifaceted role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate complex contracts for major projects
• Provide legal support during bidding processes and project execution
• Collaborate on risk management and dispute resolution strategies




• Partner with business leaders to achieve strategic goals
• Manage external counsel as required, ensuring budget adherence

Requirements:
• 3 to 6 years of legal experience in relevant fields
• Licensed to practice in Ontario, Alberta, or other provinces
• Familiarity with alternative delivery contracts and risk mitigation
• Experience advising on qualified negligence and construction claims
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders
