RBC is seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead its analytics and AI strategy, essential in promoting data-driven decision-making within Personal Banking. You will harness your analytical skills and industry knowledge to devise solutions that meet business needs while ensuring technical feasibility and innovation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to successfully managing PBI's AI transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion design and delivery of performance management metrics
• Conduct end-to-end analytics and data storytelling for leadership




• Work with stakeholders to derive insights and strategies
• Own and improve performance measurement processes for PBI
• Define a strategic AI roadmap aligned with business priorities

Requirements:
• 5+ years in analytics within financial services
• Expertise in SQL and/or Python for analytics
• Ability to present complex data clearly to executives
• Strategic mindset for addressing ambiguous business challenges
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline required
