Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tenders through the entire bid lifecycle

• Review subcontractor quotations for accuracy
• Provide mentorship and support to junior estimating staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• 8+ years of experience in heavy civil or marine estimating
• Proficient with estimating software like HeavyBid
• Strong skills in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
