Why join the planning team at Pratt & Whitney Canada Leasing (P&WCL;)? As a Strategic Planning Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Manager. You will act as the primary point of contact for all internal clients you support within your team to achieve objectives.
You will also be responsible for making key strategic decisions to ensure product availability, effectively meeting rental and sales needs within the P&WCL; organization
The position is full time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil , and is exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like? Enhance the Engine planning consolidation and communication of the information to the respective sales Managers and Management
Develop the value stream approach with all partners involved in our engine delivery process
Work collaboratively to ensure rental fleet serviceability and availability to support customers
Comprehensive understanding of inventory levels and requirements for assigned models




Build and maintain working relationship within P&WC; Network (Internal Shops and DOFs)
Understanding and tracking of maintenance events as they progress through shops.
Participate in weekly operations & financial reviews.
Coach team members in achieving targets
What do you need to be successful? Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (asset)
Knowledge of MS Project, PowerBI, Visio, or SAP (asset)
Ability to work in uncertain environments
Problem-solving, leadership skills
Team spirit, proactive, and organized
Flexibility and adaptability skills
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
