Take charge of innovative municipal projects with CIMA+. As a Project Manager for Water and Wastewater, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver on key objectives in a hybrid work model.

In this role with CIMA+, you'll manage both preliminary and detailed design projects for municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities. This position requires strong communication skills and project management expertise to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. You will also foster collaboration among teams and contribute to the growth of our Water business while maintaining a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design projects for water and wastewater treatment facilities
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the lifecycle




• Coordinate and provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams
• Build relationships with municipal clients and stakeholders
• Monitor performance and implement risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related Engineering discipline
• 10+ years of experience in municipal water and wastewater projects
• Registered Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
