As part of the Site Leadership Team, you will report to the Vice President & General Manager in Winnipeg, taking charge of the site’s Lean Transformation initiatives. Your experience will help drive strategic execution, ensuring that operational excellence becomes ingrained in the organization. Collaborating with various leaders, you'll support key metrics aimed at enhancing quality and reducing costs in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the site's Lean principles and transformation initiatives
• Establish effective reporting and monitoring systems




• Lead initiatives that yield significant operational improvements
• Collaborate to identify and eliminate systemic constraints
• Engage employees in continuous and structured problem-solving

Requirements:
• University degree in engineering, business or equivalent
• 10+ years of leadership in Lean and Operational Excellence
• Lean or Lean Sigma Blackbelt certified
• Proven track record in regulated industries
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
