Lorval Capital Management's Attivo brand requires a Director of Transactions & Operations focused on deal execution and process leadership. In this role, you will ensure timely closure of deals by overseeing borrower and lender interactions and enhancing operational standards. You will also lead the execution team, setting internal deadlines and nurturing an atmosphere of collaborative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full deal execution process from start to finish
• Ensure accountability in borrower and lender engagements
• Design and enforce standardized operational procedures




• Lead and monitor pipeline health through effective communication
• Maintain clear documentation practices for audit readiness

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of deal execution experience in financial roles
• Proven track record in multitasking and deadline adherence
• Solid leadership capabilities to grow and mentor teams
• Keen on system improvements and operational efficiency
• Proficient in maintaining clear and organized documentation
