Elevate Toronto Pearson’s financial potential with Greater Toronto Airports Authority as the Head of Revenue Development. This hybrid role aims to innovate revenue streams and optimize business opportunities.

You will lead the charge in reshaping GTAA’s revenue strategies, collaborating with partners to widen the airport's financial horizons. Overseeing a talented team, your focus will be on both enhancing traditional revenue sources and discovering new opportunities worth hundreds of millions. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll engage with a dynamic team while driving commercial transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate diverse new revenue opportunities
• Develop business cases showcasing enterprise-wide perspectives




• Collaborate with legal and finance for efficient execution
• Negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance and viability
• Establish evaluation metrics to assess initiative success

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 10+ years in business development or strategic growth
• Experience in the aviation sector is mandatory
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Capacity to innovate and foster cooperative teams
