Job Description Associate Director, Supply Chain Finance Canada at a glance... Location: Toronto, ON
Hybrid: 3 days/week
The Associate Director, Supply Chain Finance Canada is the central supply chain finance person within North America that provides broad business and financial counsel to the Canada CFO & Head of Operations Canada. This role will work to increase visibility into supply chain performance across the country & drive actions/cost savings. The manager will work under the direction of the CFO. This role will lead teams in rituals and routines, process improvements, and cost savings initiatives in addition to assisting in the budget, forecast, and results reporting process.
What's on the menu?
Aggregate total Operation's P&L; performance (including Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics) reports and compile consolidated deck for Canada Leadership review
Review report submissions and challenge and direct assumptions, commentary and forecasts
Support accurate P&L; and publishing of financial presentations ranging from consolidated financials, flash reports, and other reports necessary to help drive optimal decision making.
Prepare standard and ad-hoc analysis, driving insight on business gaps to plan and benchmarks and validate future strategic opportunities.
Lead the monthly performance review and annual budgeting process
Serve as an advocate in financial planning and accounting matters (e.g., financial reporting, cost allocations)
Support business by providing ad-hoc and structured reporting mechanisms to provide insight into costs
Identify gaps/improve Supply Chain Finance organization capabilities in order to drive value to wider organization
Manage 1 plant controller & local plant team
Drive efficiencies and results across multiple manufacturing facilities,



external manufacturers, procurement and logistics
BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
Solid business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask and make key decisions, managing multiple projects concurrently with limited direct supervision.
Ability to influence cross-functional team members
Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others
Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority
Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
Strong Technical and Systems orientation, experience with Hyperion and SAP desired
Prior Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics or FP&A; experience desired

New Hire Base Salary Range: $181,800.00 - $227,300.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
