As a Senior Finance Analyst at Bombardier, you will play a key role in coordinating financial activities for the Challenger Plant and St-Laurent Manufacturing Centre. Your responsibilities include supervising a small team, providing coaching to production partners, and leading process improvement initiatives. Your guidance will help ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop two team members
• Coordinate month-end, budget, and strategic planning activities
• Support production partners with financial decision impacts
• Present consolidated governance to VP support team
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and process innovations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• CPA designation required
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
• Robust communication skills in French and English
• Proficient with MS Office, Power BI, SAP; S4 Hana knowledge is a plus
