This role reports directly to the Manager of Health, Safety, Security and Workplace - Operations. You will be pivotal in developing HSSE policies and leading incident investigations. The position demands regular travel to field sites and a commitment to emergency response readiness across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistent HSSE system application in field operations
• Conduct effective communications on safety practices
• Engage contractors to align HSSE systems
• Assist in injury management and worker safety programs
• Perform field-based inspections and safety coaching

Requirements:
• Over 10 years in Oil & Gas industry experience
• Valid safety certifications and Class 5 driver's license
• Practical incident investigation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Eligible to work in Canada
