About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Experience Management Specialist to join a highly reputable law firm in downtown Toronto.

Reporting to the Manager of Business Development Technology, you will play a key role in managing the Firms experience management platform, supporting proposal development, maintaining high-quality experience data, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation.

You will work closely with lawyers and stakeholders across Business Development, IT and Finance to enhance data management, streamline workflows, and support the Firms business development initiatives.

The Offer Salary of up to $85K, plus a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to contribute to technology, business development and process improvement initiatives within a leading Canadian law firm.





What You Bring You have 35 years of relevant professional experience and a post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Management, or a related field.

Experience with databases, content management systems, proposal generation software, or professional services environments is an asset.

Robust writing, editing, proofreading, data management and process optimization skills are essential.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with stakeholders at all levels, and learning new technologies.

Experience documenting processes and providing training or user support is also an asset.
