Compensation

$70,000-$100,000

Qualifications

- Registered member of the CMTO, in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year full-time clinical experience
- Strong foundation in injury-based treatment and clinical assessment

Responsibilities

- Deliver a variety of massage therapy techniques, including deep tissue therapeutic work
- Conduct 60-minute assessments and 30-minute one-on-one treatment sessions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans focused on client outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records

Skills

- Self-motivated, mature, and comfortable working autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong case management and client engagement abilities
- Interest in brand building, customer service, social media,



and marketing
- Open to feedback, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
