This is a long-term opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing facility - Our client designs and manufactures specialized commercial transportation equipment. The ideal candidate will have long-term experience in a similar production or manufacturing role. We are looking for candidates who can interview as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
- Move raw materials and finished items by hand or using equipment.
- Check, weigh, sort, and package products.
- Help machine operators and keep the workspace clean and protected.
- Packing finished product and building skids for shipment
- Lifting 50lbs regularly throughout your shift
- Other labour tasks as assigned
Candidate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environment required
- Experience with hand and measurement tools - wrenches, screwdrivers, measuring tape, box cutters, power tools, etc.
- Comfortable lifting 50lbs repetitively
- CSA Safety Shoes Required
- Must be willing to provide a criminal record search
