The Role ?

We're hiring a Logistics Specialist at the junior to intermediate level — and no, this isn't a data entry job. You'll own shipments end-to-end: quoting, booking, problem-solving, and closing. It's a good fit if you like making decisions in real time, negotiating, and figuring things out on the fly.

What You'll Do ?

- ? Negotiate freight rates with carriers (TL and LTL, domestic and cross-border)
- ? Source carriers and build long-term relationships
- ⚡ Respond to spot quotes quickly and accurately
- ? Manage shipments from pickup through delivery
- ?️ Handle delays, claims, and breakdowns as they happen
- ? Work with leadership on pricing strategy and proposals
- ? Track market trends and competitor pricing
- ? Improve margins through smarter execution

Nice to have

- Experience with Canada–U.S. cross-border freight
- Experience negotiating carrier rates - Experience handling delays, claims, or accessorial charges




- Experience with Transportation Management Software (TMS)
- Strong Excel skills - Post-secondary education or training in logistics, transportation, business, or a related field
