Role: Principal Solution Architect – Microsoft Fabric & AI

Location: Canada/USA – Remote

Experience: 12 yearsKey Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders and engineering leaders.
- Design scalable Data, Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, AI, and Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, POCs, design reviews, troubleshooting, and development.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as ClaudeCode to improve engineering productivity.
- Lead and coordinate onshore/offshore engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, proposals, estimates, and technical presentations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and account growth.

Required Skills:

- 12 years in technical leadership, solution architecture, or consulting.
- Solid experience in Data Engineering, Microsoft Fabric, Analytics, Cloud, and AI/GenAI.




- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microsoft Fabric Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, and related analytics capabilities.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Experience leading distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
- Strong architecture, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake
- LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Generative AI
- Cloud modernization and enterprise data transformation
- Consulting, RFPs, proposals, estimates, and account growth
- DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern software engineering
