Inviting applications for the role of Oracle ARCS Sr Developer

Be part of a dynamic team working on various Oracle EPM suits under Corp Technologies.

Role and responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Configure and support Oracle ARCS modules including:

- Account Reconciliation
- Reconciliation Compliance
- Transaction Matching
- Translate functional requirements into system configuration and technical solutions.

Develop and maintain:

- Reconciliation profiles
- Formats
- Matching rules
- Workflows
- Reports and dashboards
- Build and support integrations with ERP and source systems using standard file-based or automated interfaces.
- Perform data mapping, validation, and load support for reconciliations and transaction matching processes.

Execute and support:

- Unit testing
- System integration testing
- User acceptance testing
- Defect resolution




- Troubleshoot application and data issues, analyze root causes, and implement fixes.
- Support monthly close cycles by resolving ARCS issues in a timely manner.
- Document technical configurations, support procedures, and development changes.
- Collaborate with architects, functional leads, administrators, and business users on enhancements and support.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process improvement.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Oracle EPM Cloud –
- FCCS,
- PCMCS
- EPBCS

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Good skilled experience in Oracle EPM/Finance Transformation Roles
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong research and problem-solving skills




- Knowledge of general accounting and ability to verify accuracy and completeness of information
- Ability to document complex processes and policies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle ARCS Cloud Certification
- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification
- Experience delivering ARCS implementations for large enterprise clients.
- Exposure to EDMCS, or broader Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
