Job Summary

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BE DOING:

The Palleting Staff is a skilled position, normally wood carpentry-skills to physically assemble or produce pallets for finished products and shipment requirements.



Their main duties include assembly of pallets' bases and closing pallets of inspected packed and ready-to-ship products.

Job Responsibilities

- Building pallets based on weekly orders for shipment.
- Pallet closing for finished and inspected stacked products for shipment.
- Labelling pallets and packaged products with necessary documentation before handling out for shipment.
- Organizing, moving, and storing inventory in its specified area in the warehouse.
- Ensuring pallet orders are completed within the deadlines.
- Maintaining tools and equipment and adhering to preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work workplace and taking part in regular cleaning and maintenance.
- Assisting materials preparation for manufacturing including but not limited to Cutting special lengths and Aluminum Material cleaning.
- Inventory and Packaging Support.

- Forklift Operations
- Column Saw Operations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the workday.

Job Scope Pelleting area, including Table Saw Areas, and Stock (Inventory) Racks.
