In this remote, flexible role, you will build realistic valuation, LBO, and due-diligence scenarios that test an AI model’s ability to reason through transactions the way a strong analyst would.

Responsibilities

- Develop valuation exercises, LBO cases, and diligence checklists that challenge AI models on realistic deal work




- Evaluate and score model responses for financial accuracy, judgment, and clarity
- Collaborate with finance and technical experts to calibrate difficulty across deal types

Required Qualifications

- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
- Solid financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, LBO)
- Exceptional analytical and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Deal sheet spanning multiple sectors or transaction types
- CFA or comparable credential
- Familiarity with AI tools in financial analysis is a plus
