Our client in Kimberley is looking for a Bioinformatics Analyst to enhance their research projects. You will analyze complex biological data, create bioinformatics pipelines, and deliver insightful reports. Ideal candidates have a solid background in bioinformatics tools and a strong analytical mindset to tackle complex problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze NGS data including whole-genome and RNA-Seq • Perform detailed statistical analyses on biological data • Develop and implement efficient bioinformatics pipelines • Create visualizations and reports for research findings • Collaborate with researchers to refine analysis requirements

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or related disciplines • 2-3 years of hands-on bioinformatics analysis • Expertise in Python or R programming • Experience with command-line tools in Unix/Linux • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
