As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will directly report to the Director of Quality, Risk and Occupational Health. This role emphasizes conducting health assessments, managing disability claims, and overseeing employee health surveillance. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with health regulations and foster a culture of safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage health assessments and workplace accommodation evaluations • Administer first aid and follow-up services for injuries • Coordinate WSIB claims and employee health-related communications • Develop and implement infection control protocols • Educate staff on ergonomics and safety procedures

Requirements: • Nursing degree/diploma required • Current RN or RPN certification in Ontario • At least 2 years of experience in Occupational Health • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with Parklane System is a plus
