Génie Industriel

- Contribuer à l’optimisation des processus de production.
- Analyser les flux de travail et identifier les zones d’amélioration.

Gestion de Projets

- Assister les chefs de projet dans la planification, le suivi et la réalisation de projets.
- Participer à la gestion des ressources et des échéanciers.

Amélioration Continue

- Participer à la mise en œuvre de projets d’amélioration continue pour accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Participer à la gestion des ressources et des échéanciers.

Chantiers 5S

- Participer à la mise en œuvre de projets d’amélioration continue pour accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle.

Calcul de la capacité

- Aider à évaluer la capacité de production et à identifier les goulots d’étranglement.
- Proposer des solutions pour optimiser la capacité de production.

Qu’est-cequ’ilvous faut pourréussir?

- Être éligible à travailler au Canada.
- Être inscrit dans une université canadienne pendant toute la durée de votre stage.
- Être en mesure de travailler sur place dans la province où vous êtes embauché, le cas échéant.
- Poursuivre des études en génie industriel, gestion de projets,



génie des opérations et logistique ou génie mécanique.
- Fort intérêt pour l’amélioration continue et la résolution de problèmes.
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques tels que MS Office.

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre des instructions spécialisées, des plans, des dessins et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et parfois communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

you will have the opportunity to work at the heart of our operations to gain valuable hands‑on experience in the areas of industrial engineering, project management and continuous improvement. You will be supervised by our team of experienced professionals and will have the chance to participate in stimulating and innovative projects. In addition, the intern will take part and/or full ownership of Continuous Improvement projects on our Mixed Models State-of-the‑art assembly line, following quality and Lean Manufacturing principles.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Project management

- Assist project managers in planning, monitoring and carrying out projects.
- Participate in the resources management and deadlines

Continuous improvement

- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency.

5S Projects

- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency.

Capacity Review

- Help assess production capacity and identify bottlenecks.
- Propose solutions to optimize production capacity.

What do you need to be successful?

- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
- Pursuing a degree in industrial engineering, project management, operations and logistics engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and problem solving.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
