Harmac is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinator help grow and support our Bulk customer base. In this foundational sales role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective customers, support existing accounts, and contribute directly to revenue growth objectives.

This is an excellent chance for someone who is organized, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in sales within the bulk transportation and logistics industry. You will gain hands-on experience, work closely with experienced sales professionals, and develop the skills needed to grow into future roles.

Location: North York, ON

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

Type: In-office

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annual rate, based on experience.

What You'll Do

- Rate Administration
- Prepare timely and accurate spot-rate quotations.
- Maintain accurate, current sales and customer records in internal and client systems.
- Resolve rate-related issues to support the accounts receivable collection process.
- Support the sales team with rate development and cost analysis.




- Respond to customer inquiries, assist with order processing, maintain CRM records and sales leads, and prepare sales materials and proposals.

- New Account Sales

- Generate new business across divisions through lead development, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Partner with the operations team to secure spot loads through daily customer outreach.
- Initiate the credit approval process for eligible accounts.
- Support the sales team in preparing responses to requests for quotation (RFQs).
- Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate departments for follow-up.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
