Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Kelowna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Kelowna, BC. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, including greeting visitors, assessing needs, presenting suitable new and used vehicles, and conducting test drives.

The Sales

Specialist prepares quotes, explains financing and leasing options, and collaborates with the finance team to complete transactions efficiently and accurately. Day-to-day activities include maintaining product knowledge of all RAM, Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler models,



following up with leads, managing a personal sales pipeline, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also involves ensuring a professional showroom presence, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting ongoing promotions and sales events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support team initiatives, share product knowledge, and contribute to a high-performing sales environment.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an asset, along with familiarity with financing and leasing processes.
- Comfort with basic computer systems and CRM tools, and the ability to learn dealership software quickly.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
