This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Market Research Interviewer based in Canada.
As a Spanish Bilingual Market Research Interviewer, you’ll conduct telephone-based research with respondents across Canada and the United States.
You’ll gather accurate insights on topics ranging from consumer habits and customer experiences to social issues.
The role combines customer service, communication, and data collection in a structured research environment.
You’ll interact directly with respondents, guide them through questionnaires, and accurately capture their feedback.
This is a non-sales, non-telemarketing position focused entirely on research and respondent support.
The role is fully remote and offers flexibility within defined scheduling requirements.

Accountabilities
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to recruit respondents for research panels and participate in survey projects.
- Administer telephone surveys by reading questionnaires accurately, recording responses, and following established research procedures.
- Assist panel members with account inquiries, portal access, troubleshooting, and other respondent support needs.
- Provide courteous, professional, and empathetic assistance throughout every respondent interaction.
- Support respondents during surveys by answering questions and helping them navigate the process effectively.
- Manage survey assignments efficiently while maintaining strong organization, productivity, and time management.
- Follow established quality standards, research guidelines, and operational procedures to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
- Collaborate with research and operations teams to support smooth survey execution and resolve operational issues.
- Remain informed about relevant market research practices, processes, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish, including strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, call center, customer support, or telephone interviewing environment.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence and professionalism when speaking with respondents by phone.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive, self-motivated, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and research procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately capture information while multitasking.
- Experience in help desk or technical support is an asset.
- Knowledge or experience in market research, surveys, or data collection is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Availability to work at least 3 shifts per week, including one weekend shift, with flexibility to adjust your schedule from week to week.
- Ability to work the expected schedule of approximately 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Must reside in Alberta or Manitoba and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must have a private, quiet home workspace and meet the required computer, telephone, internet,
and security specifications.
- Required home technology includes a Windows 11 desktop or laptop, broadband/high-speed internet, current security updates, supported antivirus software, and a telephone with a headset and microphone.
