Personal Exercise & Walking Support Worker We are looking for a reliable and compassionate individual to assist a client with daily exercise and walking activities. Responsibilities Assist the client with approximately one hour of exercise each day. Follow the exercise program provided for the client. Provide encouragement and support throughout the exercise routine. Accompany the client while walking and provide appropriate assistance to help maintain balance and reduce the risk of falls. Monitor the client during activities and ensure they are exercising and walking in a secure environment. Follow all provided safety instructions and report any concerns regarding the client's mobility or safety. Ideal Candidate Patient, dependable, and caring. Comfortable assisting with exercise and walking. Attentive to safety and fall-prevention needs. Experience supporting individuals with mobility or exercise needs is an asset.
