Job Responsibilities
- Drive market development for major retail chains across Europe and North America (e.g., Costco, Walmart), and deliver product distribution & listing objectives for the company.
- Contribute to formulating sales strategies for Europe and North America; analyze customer demands and competitor dynamics within target markets.
- Lead client negotiations, order follow‑up, contract execution, and downstream logistics coordination.
- Support the marketing team in gathering end‑consumer feedback from European and North‑American markets to refine product promotion initiatives.
- Manage client relationships in Europe and North America: maintain existing accounts and continuously develop recent customer pipelines.
- Collaborate with the global business team to undertake business trips for trade shows and commercial fact‑finding missions in Europe and North America.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in International Trade, Marketing, Foreign Languages or related disciplines are preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B or key‑account sales experience. Hands‑on experience partnering with large‑scale retailers including Costco and Walmart is mandatory.
- Fully fluent English (spoken and written) for business use, with solid business negotiation skills and cross‑cultural communication capabilities.
- Based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang (China) orToronto, Canada; willingness to travel internationally for business.
