Role Name: Tech Analyst
Location: Brampton, ON (Onsite)
-4+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
-Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
-Knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
-Understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI platform concepts.
-Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
-Familiarity with tools such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Power BI, SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and REST APIs is preferred.
-Ability to support AI platform integrations, APIs, and cloud services.
-Assist with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
-Gather and document business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
