Role Description This part time, remote volunteer role focuses on the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Canadian Influencers & Content Creators Association website. Day-to-day tasks may include updating pages and posts, ensuring links and media function correctly, and making layout or navigation adjustments based on organizational needs. The volunteer may help optimize site performance, monitor basic security settings, and assist with troubleshooting technical issues reported by the team or community members.

The role also involves collaborating with association leaders to implement content updates, support campaigns or events, and contribute ideas to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage routine website updates, including editing pages, posts, menus, and media through a content management system (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic understanding of website structure, usability,



and accessibility principles to ensure an inclusive and user-friendly experience.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common website issues, such as broken links, formatting problems, or plugin conflicts.
- Comfort working with simple design adjustments (e.g., text formatting, image placement, basic layout improvements).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team using email, messaging platforms, or video calls.
