Duties include but not limited to checking guests in/out, taking reservations, operation of switchboard, maintain brand standards. 1 to 2 years previous experience preferred.
- Must be customer oriented
- Able to work independently
- Strong computer skill
- Solid decision making skills
- Guest recovery
- Be reliable
- Must have full availability to work other
shifts including weekends and holidays
if required.
- Knowledge of choiceAdvantage would be an asset
