POSITION SUMMARY:

Alcohol Hawkers carry trays of alcoholic beverages around the concourse and into the bowl, providing efficient and friendly alcohol service to our guests. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position. A typical shift includes:

- Providing premium level quick service carrying trays of alcoholic beverages throughout the concourse area and into the bowl
- Offering up-beat, energetic sales to guests
- Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS




- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must be able to work Vancouver Canucks and Vancouver Warrior games, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pm
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to safely carry beverage trays and walk throughout the venue, including up and down stairs, for extended periods.
- Completion of Serving it Right Certificate
- Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
- Have an incredible ability to thrive in a quick-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
