The Role The analyst role is to support Cameco’s sales efforts and strategic analysis in support of the company’s global marketing and sales initiatives.
In This Role, You Will
- Assist in managing the full sales cycle, including identifying commercial opportunities, preparing sales recommendations, managing internal approval processes, preparing offers for submission, engaging in commercial negotiations,
and contract execution.
- Deliver written and verbal reports, work in a fast-paced and collaborative team workplace and prepare customized presentations for the marketing team.
- Represent Cameco professionally to meet with customers, attend conferences, and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across the nuclear fuel industry.
- Perform market, economic and strategic analysis in support of the company’s global marketing initiatives.
Required
- bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, marketing or a related field;
- a minimum of three years of relevant work experience;
- exceptional computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel, Word, Co-pilot and PowerPoint;
- knowledge of economic modelling and financial metrics;
- excellent writing skills;
- exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous learning;
- domestic and international travel is a requirement of this position; and
- ability to work locally at Cameco corporate office.
Recommended
- ability to speak other languages would be an asset; and
- understanding of the nuclear industry.

Salary Range: $85,770 - $117,070
