We are seeking an HR Technology Functional Analyst (SuccessFactors) reporting to the HR Technology Team Lead. The team is primarily composed of SuccessFactors experts and other HR systems specialists who support operational processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and HR projects in a global environment (across all BRP business units and countries). The SuccessFactors Functional Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements into technical roadmaps that detail the design and configuration of the tool(s).
Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear and detailed functional specifications.
Customize and configure the SuccessFactors system to meet specific business requirements, leveraging best practices while ensuring process consistency and integration with other systems.
Test and validate configurations and functionalities to ensure that changes meet end user requirements.
Support, analyze, and resolve functional issues reported by end users.
Develop and maintain the necessary documentation related to configurations, functionalities, and integrations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
3 to 5 years of skilled experience working with the SuccessFactors system.
Experience with Boomi is an asset.
Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve technical and functional issues.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and clearly communicate technical concepts to non technical users.
A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative, and a solution oriented mindset.
Fluency in both
