OTE: ~$2,550–$3,190/month ($30k–$38k/yr) — $1.5k/mo base + 5% per closed set + $250 bonus per $50k revenue generated. Top performers can push higher on volume/close rate. Full comp math below.

About the RoleYou'll own the top of TMB's sales funnel: taking introductory phone calls with inbound leads who booked through the funnel, and recouping/re-setting leads who didn't initially close or convert to demo via follow-up, outbound calls, and outreach. Part of the role also supports clients at risk of churn where a low booking rate is the bottleneck.

Mission: Drive 7+ new clients per month and $52,000 in new monthly business revenue.

What Success Looks Like (Outcomes / KPIs)

- $52,000+ in current business revenue monthly (minimum)
- 7 closed sets of the Done-For-You offer at the $7,500 price point
- 60+ intro calls/month (~2–3/day) — mostly auto-generated bookings from paid ads (~60–70/mo), plus 8+/month self-generated (min. 2/week) via outbound calling, power-dialer follow-up, no-show/cancellation hotlist, text/DM response, and reactivation blasts
- 30% minimum live-call closing ratio; 90% demo show rate (nets ~6 closes)
- Daily execution: morning huddles, EOD report, pipeline hygiene, inbox at zero,
