Role: Business Analyst – Banking

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) 4days

Contract Role

Required Skills:

- Banking domain experience (Core Banking / Payments / Deposits)
- Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Process Documentation
- Experience working with banking applications and systems
- Understanding of banking products (Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Cards)
- API integration requirements and interface documentation
- Data analysis and requirement refinement
- UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect management
- Experience working with business users, developers, QA, and technical teams
- Robust documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.




- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to deliver banking solutions.
- Analyze system integrations, APIs, and data flows between applications.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to improve banking processes and customer experience.
- Support implementation and enhancement of banking applications.
- Provide documentation, reporting, and status updates to project stakeholders.
