Technical Business Analyst – French Speaking

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to bridge business stakeholders, data owners, architects, and development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and technical knowledge across Microsoft .NET and Azure technologies.

Advanced French-Canadian proficiency is mandatory, including the ability to read, write, communicate, and lead presentations/workshops in French. Native or near-native French speakers are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary interface between business partners, data owners, technical architects, and application developers.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Define business processes, use cases, functional requirements, and high-level technical solutions.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, enhancements, and change requests.
- Collaborate with development teams on Web, Mobile, and Data requirements.
- Support business users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical guidance.
- Understand customer objectives, processes, and products to recommend effective solutions and improvements.
- Provide business and functional direction to development teams throughout project implementation.
- Participate in requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation phases.




- Manage stakeholder communication, project sponsor relationships, and business partnerships.
- Support user training and user experience initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across onsite and offshore development teams.
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and feedback to development teams on business and technical matters.

Required Technical Skills

- 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis / Technical Business Analysis.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Advanced French-Canadian language proficiency – reading, writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure SQL
- Azure App Service / Web Apps
- Azure Functions
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure PaaS
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
- Exposure to mobile technologies, preferably iOS and MAUI.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in distributed development environments.
- Experience coordinating onsite and offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
