Business Development Associate

Job Title: Business Development Associate – Online High School (Remote, Commission-Based)

We are Open World School, an accredited online high school offering Ontario grades 9–12 courses to students across Canada and internationally. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help us reach more students.

What you'll be doing:

- Identify and reach out to prospective students and families
- Build relationships with tutors, settlement agencies, and community organizations
- Follow up on leads and guide prospects through the enrollment process
- Represent Open World School at virtual events and info sessions
- Track outreach activity and report on pipeline progress

We're looking for someone who:





- Is a strong communicator, comfortable with students, parents, and community partners
- Has experience in sales, outreach, enrollment, or education
- Can work independently in a remote workplace
- Understands or is familiar with the Ontario high school system (an asset)
- Is entrepreneurial and results-driven

Compensation: $200 commission per enrolled student — no cap, no complicated formulas. The more students you enroll, the more you earn. Full product training will be provided. Flexible remote work.
