Role Description The Sales Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and conducting lead generation activities through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry research. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, proposals, and contract negotiations, while ensuring a smooth handoff to account management and customer success teams.

Executive will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to refine value propositions, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies that support revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales reports, and representing Nugget.ai at meetings, events, and client presentations.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong 0 - 4 years of New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to proactively identify, qualify, and pursue prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to oversee the sales cycle, manage relationships, and support long-term client growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or AI-driven solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, is highly beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are preferred.
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving products and market needs.
