Active Leaders of Love (ALL) is a community-focused organization committed to removing barriers to economic and social inclusion and empowering communities to lead change.

As ALL continues to develop, we are strengthening the systems and leadership capacity needed to operate effectively and sustainably.

The core mandate is to align, integrate, execute, strengthen, and scale. The COO should operate independently within their mandate, reducing the need for CEO involvement in routine departmental and operational matters.

The COO will ensure that departments, leaders, programs, projects, and organizational systems operate cohesively while identifying and addressing gaps that may affect organizational effectiveness.
