Newcastle Insurance Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team.

This is an opportunity to be part of a growing brokerage where you’ll have the chance to make an impact, build strong client and insurer relationships, and help shape how we deliver exceptional service to our commercial clients.

What you’ll do:

- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Lead the renewal process from start to finish
- Review coverage, identify gaps and provide proactive recommendations
- Market accounts and negotiate with insurer partners
- Support Producers with new business opportunities
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and underwriters

What we’re looking for:

- RIBO licence in good standing




- 5+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred
- Strong commercial coverage and market knowledge
- Excellent organization, communication and relationship-building skills
- Applied Epic experience is an asset
- CAIB, CIP, CRM or other industry designation is an asset
