N3 Business Advisors Inc. is the leading construction-focused M&A; advisory firm in Canada helping business owners with growth, acquisitions, succession, and exit planning.

We are building a larger media presence around construction business education through YouTube, podcasts, LinkedIn, short-form video, and other content platforms.

We are looking for someone who can take great content and make sure it reaches the right audience consistently.

The Role

This is not just a posting or scheduling role.

You will be responsible for distributing, repurposing, optimizing, and tracking content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our video editor and internal team to turn long-form videos, podcasts, interviews, and other content into a consistent stream of high-quality content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

- Publish and manage content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Repurpose long-form videos and podcasts into Shorts, Reels, posts, clips, quotes, and other formats
- Write strong titles, captions, descriptions, hooks, and CTAs
- Optimize YouTube uploads including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata
- Maintain and manage the content calendar
- Coordinate with the video editor to ensure content is prepared for each platform
- Adapt content for each platform rather than simply reposting the same version everywhere
- Track performance including views, reach, watch time, retention, CTR, engagement, and follower growth
- Identify which topics, hooks, formats, and content styles perform best
- Suggest improvements based on performance data




- Help build repeatable systems for content publishing and distribution
- Keep content organized and ensure publishing deadlines are consistently met
- Monitor comments and audience engagement where required

What We Are Looking For
- 2 or more years of experience in social media, content marketing, YouTube management, content distribution, or a related role
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts or YouTube channels
- Strong understanding of YouTube, LinkedIn, Shorts, Reels, and platform-specific content
- Valuable written English
- Ability to write engaging titles, captions, and hooks
- Basic understanding of YouTube Studio and social media analytics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to learn quickly and experiment with new content formats and tools

- Strong Advantage If You Have:

- Experience working with B2B, business, finance, construction, or professional-services content
- Experience growing a personal brand
- Experience repurposing podcasts or long-form video
- Understanding of YouTube CTR, retention, watch time, and audience analytics
- Experience using Canva, scheduling tools, AI tools, or content management systems
