Our head office and distribution center is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We are currently seeking a highly motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (bilingual english and french). The primary focus of this position is to provide qualified customer service in addition to building key relationships with retail accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound Calls

- Taking customer phone orders from english and french retail buyers across the country.
- Troubleshooting and following up on any invoicing issues or product inquiries.
- Handling customer returns.
- Liaise with the True North Nutrition Sales Representatives.
- Providing customers and consumers with product and service information.

Outbound Calls





- Inside Sales- contacting existing customers to increase their purchases orders and current inventory supplies.
- Product up selling of current promotions.
- Following up with back orders.

Order Entry

- Entering customers orders.
- Ensuring accuracy and proper pricing for each order.
- Other administrative duties that may be asked of the employee.
- Other duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Sports Nutrition industry/product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication required- both French and English.
- Demonstrated professional communication skills and comfortable upselling products.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills and experience.
- Ability to multi-task and organize.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Windows, customer order database systems.
