Full Pay Band: $57,000 - $68,000 + Benefits

The Role
Joining the Creative team as our Designer, you'll work closely with creative leads to bring brand and performance marketing campaigns to life across a variety of channels and industries. You'll bring strong design fundamentals, creative thinking, and attention to detail to the execution of high-volume digital creative, ensuring each deliverable aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives. You'll also contribute to research, creative development, and production while building your understanding of how design can drive performance and deliver meaningful results for our clients. Your focus of responsibilities will be:
- Domain: This individual can leverage their personal creative process to execute and produce high volumes of creative deliverables across a variety of digital channels with direction from design leads in order to align to creative brief and project objectives.
- Client: Assist the creative lead in necessary research, auditing,
production execution and preparation of client deliverables to ensure alignment of expectations and objective according to the client brief.
- People: Actively participate in collaborative efforts both within the creative department and cross-functionally. They are active contributors to all aspects of the creative process and work closely with the team in order to gain knowledge, experience and technical expertise through mentorship opportunities.
- Company: Acquiring the baseline knowledge and understanding of how creative services contributes to the overall agency offering, and helps to deliver results for our clients business.

- In your first 30 days you’ll learn the company’s mission and values, how we operate as an agency, and onboard into your first creative projects. You’ll also be introduced to our creative process, services, and products.
- In your first 60 days you’ll put your learning, skills and experiences to use by executing and producing your first client deliverables for an active creative client.
- In your first 90 days you’ll have become an integrated team member, contributor, and trusted resource to the Creative team producing best in class creative with a focus on performance.
Qualifications
- You have a portfolio that showcases examples of digital marketing campaign work on a variety of different brands, with supporting results and insights driven by this creative.
- You have worked on a variety of creative projects where you’ve had to translate brand standards and guidelines into creative executions that work across multiple digital marketing channels and tactics.
- You have developed a production process that affords you the ability to work efficiently, manage and produce large volumes of deliverables with concurrent deadlines.
- You have a demonstrated ability and expertise working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch.
- You have a high attention to detail and proficiency in applying design principles, including hierarchy, visual balance, photography, illustrations, typography, and composition paired with expert layout skills to communicate and simplify complex concepts to your audience.
- You’re a team player and are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- You are open to learning,
growing and honing your creative skills in order to broaden your creative skillset to better understand digital marketing creative and how to make better data-driven design optimizations.
- You have experience with UI/UX with a focus on designing high-converting landing pages, with an understanding of how layout, hierarchy, and messaging placement affect conversion.
