Role Description The Door to Door Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. In this position, the representative canvasses residential neighborhoods, introduces Jbros Window Cleaning services, and engages potential customers in face-to-face conversations. Daily tasks include generating leads, presenting service options, answering questions, and closing sales while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

The role also involves tracking customer information, following up on interested prospects, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure accurate scheduling.



Representatives are expected to meet individual and team sales goals, participate in regular training sessions, and uphold safety and company standards while working in the field.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including transparent, confident, and courteous in-person interactions.
- Sales skills with the ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Experience or interest in Sales Management and Training, including supporting peers and contributing to sales process improvements.
- Background or familiarity with the Beauty Industry is an asset, especially experience with client-facing service sales.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and comfort working outdoors and on foot for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
- Basic numeracy and organizational skills for tracking leads, sales, and customer details accurately.
- Valid work authorization for Canada and reliable transportation to canvassing locations within Greater Vancouver.
