Role Description The Electrician at Haut Electrical Ltd. is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and renovation settings. The role involves reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications, wiring panels and fixtures, performing routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

The Electrician will diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, collaborate with other trades on job sites, and communicate clearly with supervisors and clients about project status and requirements.





Qualifications

- Solid foundation in electricity principles and electrical engineering concepts relevant to building systems.
- Demonstrated skills in electrical work, including installation of wiring, panels, fixtures, and related components.
- Experience with maintenance & repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Proficient troubleshooting abilities to identify, assess, and resolve electrical faults safely and efficiently.
- Valid electrician certification or apprenticeship status in Manitoba, with knowledge of local electrical codes.
- Commitment to safety practices, including proper use of tools, PPE, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams, manage time effectively, and work both independently and in team settings.
