Steeltown Ford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. If you are energetic, personable, competitive, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle, we want to hear from you!

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and dealership sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable options, and guiding customers through the complete sales process from initial contact to delivery.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing a professional, personalized experience and developing long-term customer loyalty.
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, follow-up, networking, and responding to internet, phone, and walk-in leads.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, clearly explaining vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and available programs.




- Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maximizing customer satisfaction and maintaining dealership profitability.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records, following dealership processes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

- Retail sales experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust work ethic and ability to work independently
- MPI salesperson's permit (can apply for permit upon hire)
- Must possess and maintain a valid class 5 drives license or equivalent
- Must be available on weekends
