Role Description The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and logistics, and preparing correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials. The role involves handling expense reports, organizing executive files, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives and communications.

The Executive





Assistant will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting efficient communication and smooth workflow across teams. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and coordination of executive activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as document preparation, record keeping, and office organization.
- Candidates should possess experience handling Expense Reports, including tracking, reconciliation, and adherence to company policies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with executives, clients, and team members.
- Relevant qualifications include proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar suites), strong attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience supporting executives in consulting or skilled services, ability to maintain confidentiality, and a post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration or a related field.
