Minimum Qualifications

- Valid license as a Funeral Pre-Planner or Funeral Director.
- Valid Ontario Driver's license and full-time access to a vehicle
- Experience in funeral service, cemetery operations, or related consumer support services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to client service.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing confidential client information.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in pre-need sales or funeral pre-planning services.
- Familiarity with funeral and cemetery services.
- A second language to serve diverse Canadian communities.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Canadian cemetery and funeral regulations and compliance requirements.
